Terms for shipping, production, and returns of orders.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up directly at our stores in Bandung or Cimahi during opening hours 08.00–21.00.

Out-of-town delivery is available via logistics partners. Cost and estimated time are communicated at ordering.

As items are custom, printed products made to order cannot be returned unless there is a production defect on our part.

If there is a production defect, report it within 2x24 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence so we can follow up.
